Vintage Bulova wrist watch, 1939.

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the date symbol for 1939.

The watch measures 20mm wide excluding the winding crown and 29mm high excluding the lugs. Originally it was designed as a man’s watch but, with today’s fashions, it could be worn by either a man or a lady. The case is 10k rolled gold while the back is stainless steel. The case is in good condition, some light marking if you look closely. The inside of the case back is signed with the Bulova name.

The curved lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands. Again, a little marking if you look very closely.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
