Good antique English cast iron squirrel nutcracker, circa 1920s
Double lever spring return mechanism, the nut is cracked with measured control on an acorn shaped cupped jaw.
Fine cast iron surface, glass eyes.
All in excellent condition with no damage or repair.
Original cardboard base.
Height 7,1/8'' or 180mm, weight 1210 grams.
Not to be confused with modern variants, this is a very high quality vintage work.
