Oil Painting by William Harris Weatherhead "The Net Mender" R.I 1843 -1903 London figure painter exhibited at the Royal Academy Birmingham Liverpool. Royal Hiberian Academy in Dublin and Royal Institute where he was a member. Oil on canvas signed in fine period frame.
