Antique William 1v Mahogany Double Bed C1830 Wp6289/1.3

Description

Superb quality antique william 1v mahogany double bed and dating from aorund 1830. Constructed from quality solid mahogany (please note it is darker than the photographs show ) with a lovely grain and flame to the mahogany and with both head and footboard having a deep moulded and scrolled serpentine top rail with central cartouche above a flamed panel with heavy side posts carved to the top. It has its original screw in irons and takes a standard double matress.

Measures: 48" high to headboard X 35" high to footboard X 82" long X 54" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.
