A 1963 Omega Seamaster De Ville Automatic wristwatch. An unusual silvered dial with a ''linen'' effect, a lovely deature that is seldom seen on these watches. A printed outer minute track. Applied steel hour markers of uniform design, doubled at 12. Applied Omega logo and script. Signed ''Swiss Made'' below 6 o''clock. The hours and minutes are indicated by a variation of ''pencil'' hands.
A stainless steel case with a slight champfering of the lugs. An original Omega winding crown. The case back shows the Seamaster ''hippocampus'' logo in excellent condition. Case reference 14905 SC-62.
The watch is powered by a 24 jewel caliber 552 Omega mechanism. The 20m serial numbers date this watch to 1963. This watch comes complete with its period Omega stainless steel buckle.
