Mid-size Hamilton wrist watch, 1948.

The watch has a 19-jewel calibre 982 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Hamilton name, and the serial number dates it back to 1948.

The watch measures 24mm wide excluding the winding crown, 27.5mm high excluding the lugs. The case is 14k gold filled and it is in lovely condition, just some light surface scratches to the back. The inside of the case back is signed Hamilton Watch Co.

The lens has light marking, not too detrimental at all.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a recessed subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
