E W Cousins and Son has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The 3 mahogany lined drawers and bow end panel having rosewood cross banding around floral panels within boxwood diamond inlays. The glazed ends flanking 2 glazed doors and the central door all having satinwood banded frames. The central door panel having satinwood banded boarder with quarter veneered feather mahogany with conforming flower inlays around a rosewood banded framed satinwood panel inlaid with urn and floral bouquet with ribbon and swag decoration. The dividing stiles having chequer stringing. The plinth base having line inlay. All on square tapered legs with chequer stringing. Plate glass shelves to the silk lined ends and to the central cupboard.
