French 19th Century Scroll End Sofa

Description

Really super French late 19th century mahogany sleigh style sofa, circa 1880.

Such a decorative piece of furniture with the scrolling sleigh ends and book matched flame mahogany end panels.

The current upholstery is vintage and does have some wear to it, so it would benefit from reupholstery…I can assist with this for you so it’s no problem to reupholster in your own choice of fabric. (Priced as it stands now).

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
