Super 18th Century Marriage Tankard

Description

Superb 18th century George 3rd gunmetal / brass marriage tankard of a great size shape and design. Originally it would have been silver plated but this has long since disappeared leaving this tankard a most gorgeous colour. Original turned wooden base. Heart shape to the base of the handle is a nice touch. Beautifully engraved with both sets of initials to the front. A real nice object !!
