Interesting small bronze plaque depicting 3 grotesque birds/Vultures/ Storks? Signed W Koopmann (I assume Wilhelm Koopmann a noted artist) and dated 1940. There is also an inscription ''Dert Hoherat'' or similar which I assume is the title for the piece? It is well cast and the birds have real personality and fine detail to the feathers, beaks etc. The bronzed has aged well taking on a nice rich colour/patina following many years of handling and is in excellent antique condition.
