Huge antique chest of drawers dating to the early Victorian period. The chest is made from solid mahogany, satin wood banding, turned ebony handles and is in fantastic original condition. The chest consists of 3 small drawers over 2 medium drawers and 3 larger drawers which are staggered in size all run smooth with the small centre drawer having a hidden catch that locks when shut. A fantastic piece in its original polish and overall stunning condition with some slight age related wear and a piece of trim missing off one of the back feet.
