English Regency Antique Upholstered Daybed

A very shapely, English antique upholstered daybed that dates from the Regency period around 1820. Traditionally upholstered with all the innards intact, the original backing canvas is beneath the top coat, ready for a new top finishing fabric. This Regency antique daybed stands well on four fabulous, high quality reeded mahogany legs, they all finish on original, quality cup castors. The antique daybed frame is all very solid, a lovely piece of early 19th century antique upholstered seating.
