Description

Late 19th.c. brass double bed c.1890. Superb tubular brass frame with decorative turned spindles and hoops to both the head and foot and topped with large turned finials. To take a standard 4’6? x 6’4? double mattress or could be used for a 5' wide mattress with a little overhang on each side. Raised on the original black pot castors. Later reinforcing at the head end, otherwise excellent condition, sold complete with the side irons and a folding bed base.
