English Delftware is a type of tin-glazed earthenware produced in Britain, predominantly during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Inspired by Dutch imports from Delft and Chinese porcelain, it features an opaque white glaze decorated with cobalt blue or polychrome painted designs.
