Probably from one of the train coach doors. Circa 1837

The panel crest depicting Henry IV - Duke Of Lancaster!

I've shown a cast iron plaque which was apparently situated on the Lancaster and Carlisle Citadel Station, Carlisle. Also photos of the station building.
