1830 and is of nice smaller proportions. It has a beautifully figured top with raised back and small shelf. This sits above two over three graduating drawers with ebonised edge and decorative embossed brass handles. This fine antique chest as a whole stands on small turned bun feet and it is full of the beautiful charm and character that you would expect to find from an antique. The Mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
