Gents Omega wrist watch, 1962.

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement, calibre 286, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 19,775,636 dates it back to 1962.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel. It has some fairly minor surface marking, mainly to the back. The inside of the case has the triangular Omega logo and the case reference 131.002-63-SC which is correct for the calibre 286 movement, and it also confirms the date of manufacture.

The winding crown has the Omega logo.

The signed dial is in its original finish. There is light marking across it but not too detrimental. The hands are later replacements although they are of the correct period.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
