Antique Waltham Traveler pocket watch, 1917.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed American Waltham, USA, Traveler and it has the serial number 21,020,486 which dates it back to 1917. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the 10ct gold filled Moon model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific manufacturer of cases, and supplier of most of the cases for Waltham UK pocket watches. The case is in nice condition with just light surface marking from use.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in nice condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
