Gent 1950s Lanco De Luxe wrist watch.

The watch has a signed Langendorf calibre 1037 15-jewel movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Lanco, one of the brand names registered by Langendorf.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated while the case back is stainless steel. The case is in good condition, just general light marking and some wear to the plate on the back of the watch but not too serious. The signed screw-on case back states that the watch is water protected but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. There are a couple of scratches to the case back.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and a date display (not quickset). There is a little marking to the dial.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
