This Spectacular early 19th Century Rosewood Antique Regency Chiffonier Cabinet dates from ca. 1835 and is attributed to Gillows. It is of slim proportions with a decorative beading around the edges. The top is bow fronted, beautifully figured and sits above two frieze drawers and two cupboard doors with arched panels. The cupboard door has a key with working lock and the interior has one adjustable shelf. This wonderful antique cabinet stands on turned bun feet and it has elegant turned barley twist side columns. It has wonderful charm, character and the Rosewood is a warm shade with a striking grain, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
