Description

A large and very impressive antique burr walnut chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1930’s.

The quality is absolutely superb, this is extremely well made and has lots of storage space. The front edge is serpentine shaped, this sits on bracket feet, has brass handles and a cross banded top. The drawers, which are all graduated in depth, all run smoothly and have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. The colour tones and burr walnut grain patterns are stunning throughout.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some extremely minor wear visible beneath the polish here and there.
