An Attractive Georgian Dower Chest in Oak it has five drawers and two dummy drawers ( the top two) this is because the top is hinged, it is in lovely original condition brasswork escutchions etc, it stands on Ogee bracket feet it has a band of Mahogany veneer just below the top edge and down the sides, canted corners,and the drawers are banded in Walnut, it has a very pleasing colour and patina , a good example,
