Description

A small, well proportioned, 18th Century English oak chest on chest. Having a top cornice with dentil moulding, canted corners and moulded frieze. Two short drawers at the top followed by three large, long drawers below, flanked by fluted canted corners, which forms the upper section of the chest. The bottom chest below has three graduated long drawers, standing on original ogee bracket feet. Brass escutcheons and handles throughout.

Wonderful rich colour and patination.
