Ulysse Nardin bought in many of their movements from ebauche manufacturers, such as FHF, to be finished by them, signed and assembled into watches.

The watch is a good size at 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition with just minor marking, nothing serious at all. The inside of the case back is signed with the Ulysse Nardin logo.

The lens has a small nibble to the edge but it is barely noticeable to the naked eye.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands. There is some general marking across the dial but very acceptable for a piece from the 1940s.
The watch has a later leather strap.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
