Here we have a wonderful and rare diminutive George III Oak chest on chest c1800. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a plank top with a moulded edge. The two sections are constructed with dovetail joints. There are five drawers all with cockbeaded edges and fine dovetail joints. There are original handles and the drawer fronts are all quarter sawn and show off the medullary rays within the Oak grain. There is a beautiful moulding between the two sections and the whole sits on delightful ogee bracket feet. A super chest on chest in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 117 cm high 110 cm wide 54 cm deep.
