A Painted and Parcel Gilt Carved Wood 5ft Bed

Description

A French king size bed. Carved pine with original painted decoration. The beautiful padded headboard is covered in a fine needlepoint tapestry which dates from the middle of the last century and is in lovely unmarked condition. The bed takes a deep, king size mattress, not included. Bed dates from around 1830.
