Rare Totally Original Late Georgian Antique Gillows Painted Pine Chest of Drawers

This is a fabulous original simulated bamboo original painted pine antique chest of drawers that dates to around 1810, every surface has the wonderful original paint and hand painted simulated bamboo work. Never been over painted, just a superb original model. Featuring a nicely moulded top over two short drawers over three long and graduating drawers. They each run smoothly and have the original ebonised turned handles. Even complete with the original painted bun feet. A super Gillows model, purchased privately from a house in Lancaster (originally the home of Gillow furniture) where it has stood all its life. In amazing condition, a really rare to find piece.

Rare Totally Original Late Georgian Antique Gillows Painted Pine Chest of Drawers

This is a fabulous original simulated bamboo original painted pine antique chest of drawers that dates to around 1810, every surface has the wonderful original paint and hand painted simulated bamboo work. Never been over painted, just a superb original model. Featuring a nicely moulded top over two short drawers over three long and graduating drawers.
