The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a nice quality 15 jewel stem-winding movement which is working well.
This inner cover has scratching where it has been opened in the past.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is gold plated. It has a sunburst effect to the hinged case back together with an oval cartouche with a previous owner’s initials. The back of the watch has some unevenness but not too detrimental.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial has stylish numerals with red 24 hour markers, blued steel hands and a subsidiary seconds dial. There are a couple of hairline cracks but they are very faint, and not immediately noticeable to the naked eye.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
