Description

Impressive French marble top bow front sideboard c.1930. Superb 1¼" thick marble top with a shaped and moulded front edge. Over a single drawer and two door centre cupboard fitted with a single shelf (internal depth 20") and flanked with separate cupboards with curved doors at both ends. Beautifully figured and symmetrically arranged burr elm veneers to the doors and drawer fronts with contrasting inlaid stringing and mahogany crossbanding. Large laurel wreath pattern brass handles and decorative brass mounts to the front pilasters, the corners of the doors and key holes. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
