Here we have a wonderful rare Burr and figured Walnut Wellington secretaire chest and cupboard c1860. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. The top has super grain and colour with a squared edge and under moulding. There are typical flanking flaps the right one having the original working lock and key. There is a single drawer to the top and below a double drawer front which drops to reveal a secretaire with pigeon holes and three Satinwood fronted drawers. Below there are faux drawers which open to reveal cupboard space. There are original handles to the drawers and front and the whole sits on a plinth base. A super period piece in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 108 cm high 66 cm wide 44 cm deep.
