It is extremely well made, with brass grill front doors and high quality gilt metal mounts.
There is a single drawer at the top with hidden recessed handles, and the locking doors open to reveal a large storage space with a single shelf.
The condition is very good for its age, we have just had this re-polished. The rosewood grain patterns and colour tones are gorgeous throughout. The marble top has been newly cut especially for this, so is in perfect condition.
