Description

Antique Silver Omega Pocket Watch.

The watch has an unsigned Omega stem-winding movement which is working nicely. Watch manufacturers often supplied unsigned watches as private label pieces, to be sold under the retailer’s name. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are continental .935 silver marks inside both of the case backs ( the .935 silver is slightly purer than the English .925 sterling silver. The inner case back also has the early Omega logo.

The case has light surface marking from use and some mild bruising mainly to the back covers

The watch glass is in good condition with only minor nibbling to the outer edge.

The dial is in nice condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
