The chest is fitted with quality brass handles with shaped backplates and is raised on bracket feet. The wood is well figured with a good patina that is only achieved through 250 continual years of care & use. The chest is a great example of the quality of craftsmanship that was around many years ago and has stood the test of time well & is of superb proportions.
