A n eight drawer mahogany military style chest from the library at Otterbeck Hall in Derbyshire. The original solid brass inset military style handles are present on all drawers and the drawer has a solid brass card slide above. On the left is a Wellington chest locking mechanism which locks the four left hand drawers It has the original lock and key The drawers are dovetailed and the chest sits on mahogany bun feet Original backboards
