Gents 1923 Helvetia Wrist Watch, Lovely Condition

Description

Gents 1923 Helvetia wrist watch, lovely condition.

The watch has a good quality Swiss movement which is working nicely. The movement has 15 jewels, 3 adjustments and a perlée finish to the plates, a nice sign of quality.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is gold plated and it is in beautiful condition, original winding crown.

The lens has a small 2mm mark but otherwise is in lovely condition.

The dial is in lovely condition with original Breguet style hands with a blued steel finish, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in an antique presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
