Spectacular Edwardian Walnut Antique Chest
This Spectacular Edwardian Walnut Antique Chest on Chest dates from ca. 1900 in the Georgian design and is of nice smaller proportions. It has been built by a true craftsman with figured Walnut front and oak linings, with very unusual shaped drawers. It has a shaped moulded cornice above eight graduating shaped drawers with the original decorative brass handles. This quality antique chest stands on shaped bracket feet and has aged to a golden Walnut shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
