An exceptional George III Chippendale period night commode of a fine original colour and patina. Very good quality with old gilt lacquer swan-neck handles, carrying handles and hinges, mahogany back and the only tray top I have seen on this model. Good original condition with the exception of the interior: the commode has been removed, the space thoroughly cleaned and the fine quality tray and blue paper added. Surface height 28.75''
