Late C18th George III period mahogany chest of drawers.

Capacious Georgian mahogany chest fitted with 2 short over 3 long drawers, raised on broad, shaped bracket feet .

Fitted all original brass ‘swan-neck’ handles , brass escutcheons and locks ( no key). The bottoms of the drawers retaining their original blue-paper lining .

In excellent original condition with a good rich colour and patina. Minor shrinkage cracks and minor stains to top commensurate with age , use and purpose.

A good large-scale chest of drawers providing excellent storage for a bedroom.
