The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner cover which has the Omega name and images of medals.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are Continental marks inside both of the case backs. The back of the watch has a beautiful Art Nouveau pattern. There is a cartouche with ornate initials, PR. Overall, the case is in good condition, a little slightly flattened area to the side and slight unevenness to the back.
The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The signed dial, with red 24 hour number markers, is in beautiful condition.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
