Description

Here we have a wonderful small George II Oak dresser or sideboard c1750. As you can see the dresser has stunning colour and patina. There is a plank top with outstanding colour and grain. The top has an overhanging and superbly moulded edge. There are three cock beaded drawers. Remarkably all the drawers have original fine quality brass handles and escutcheons. There is another moulding below the drawers and a super decorative wavy frieze below. The front legs are beautifully turned to block feet. A stunning dresser of compact size formerly in the stock of renowned period Oak dealer Andrew Singleton of Suffolk House antiques. We have the original receipt. The dimensions are approx 146cm wide 49 cm deep 79 cm high.
