Gents 9ct gold Longines wrist watch, 1963.

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 12,494,280 dates it back to 1963.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London (import mark), 1963 together with the Longines mark. The case is in lovely condition. The back of the watch has a 1965 inscription.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in nice condition and has dauphine shaped hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
