Antique William 1v Mahogany Scotch Chest of Drawers C1830 Wdb4945/7.9

Description

Please note that the white patches on the chest are due to light reflection from the camera as the chest had just been freshly waxed polished.

Lovely antique william 1v mahogany scotch chest of drawers and dating form aorund 1820. It has a squared edge to the top with a lovely feature of a bowed frieze above four graduating drawers all of which are beech lined and with turned mahogany knob handles. To either side both top and bottom are beautifully carved acanthus leaf supports. It stands on turned mahogany legs.

A lovely chest in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 58" high X 21" deep X 48" wide
