The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely.  The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some scratching where it has been opened in the past.

 

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.  The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case backs for Birmingham 1931 with a case maker’s mark for Aaron Dennison.  Dennisons was a Birmingham based case maker who supplied various watch makers with cases.  The case has a little unevenness to the back but overall is in good condition. 

 

The glass lens is in lovely condition.

 

The dial is in lovely condition, just a faint hairline on the subsidiary seconds dial.  Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

 

The watch comes with a single chain, 27cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.  Each of the clasps has the lion silver mark but they are rubbed.  Also included is a sterling silver fob.

 

The watch and chain come in a new presentation box.
