Antique William 1v Flamed Mahogany Bow Front Chest of Drawers C1820 Wdb5003/7.9

Description

Lovely antique william 1v flamed mahogany bow fronted chest of drawers and dating form aorund 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a squared edge to the top with deep cross banded frieze and satinwood inlaid banded edge above two small central drawers flanked on either side by double fronted hat drawers and then three long graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined and with original brass handles. It each side of the chest there is a reeded column and it stands on lovely turned mahogany feet. The top has a couple of very old ink stains but over the years these have been polished in and now form part of its patination. It is in very good condition with a lovely deep colour to the mahogany and a most attractive chest of quality mahogany that oozes the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 49" high X 22" deep X 48" wide
