The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement, 610 grade, which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.6mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the Dennison Watch Case Company. Dennisons made most of the cases for Waltham UK. The case has light surface marking from use and a couple of small “dings” to the front and back covers but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s watch.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in nice condition.
The signed dial is in nice condition with original blued steel hands and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
