This lovely French mahogany commode is offered in very good condition.
This late 18th century commode is of the finest quality.
The commode retains its original brass handles, mouldings, fluting and embellishments.
The original grey marble has been sanded ,cleaned and polished, there is a small repair on the very back right corner, please see photo.
The commode has no woodworm past or present.
There are a couple of parts of brassware that have been damaged over the past 200 years, please see photos. Extra photos can be sent if required.
The sign of a quality commode are the locks, the commode retains its trefle shaped keys and locks, also the triangular shaped key and pin.
We have the original keys and all the locks are working
