The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a 17 jewel stem-winding movement, grade 630, which is working nicely.
The movement is fully signed and the serial number 12,597,883 dates it back to 1903. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold filled Moon model from the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case is in good condition, a couple of minor marks to the back and general light marking, but nothing too serious at all.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in lovely condition.
The signed dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
