Description

Waltham full hunter pocket watch, 1919.

The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement, 610 grade, which is working nicely. The movement, with nicely patterned plates, has the serial number 22832160 which dates it back to 1919. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated and is the Cyclone model from the Keystone Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The movement is later to the case although correct for the period.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is a glass lens which is in nice condition.

The signed dial is in nice condition with only a small very faint hairline crack under the sub seconds hand.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
