The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a 17-jewel calibre 286 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 20,478,774 dates it back to 1963.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs.

The inside of the case back is signed with the Omega triangular logo, and it has the case reference 131.001-63-SC which is correct for the calibre 286, and it confirms the year of manufacture as 1963. The SC refers to the seconds sweep.

The lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial has a subtle linen textured finish. The hands are period replacements. There are outer minute markers and also a seconds sweep.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
