George III Neat Sized Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Description

Circa 1790. George III neat sized Mahogany serpentine front secretaire chest of drawers. The crossbanded top in a finely figured Spanish mahogany with moulded edges over a secretaire drawer with a folding front opening to pigeon holes and neat-sized drawers. Beneath are three matching drawers with cock beads, original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons and all over a neat moulded base and shaped bracket feet.
